The personal data processed by Ferd. SCHMETZ GmbH will be used exclusively for the organization and execution of the prize draw and for sending the prize.

For the execution of the prize draw, the profile name will be collected and stored. For sending the prize, we will additionally collect the last name, first name and address of the winner(s). Only employees of Ferd. Schmetz GmbH who are responsible for coordinating the prize draw will have access to your personal data.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is your consent. It can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by deleting your comment from the prize draw post.
